Does anyone know how to enable this simultaneous multithreading?

have to do it in bios i think?

if not then there should be a toggle for you to pick Auto, or manual for it, pick manual then select on for multi threading in any profile

Check BIOS (UEFI), that's usually where it can be turned on and off. It should be on by default though.
