When you install a program, there are advanced options to install things elsewhere. The default destination for installations is almost always in the same drive that contains the os.

Hello everyone,

In my system I have a 120gb ssd and another 500gb one. I have my os on my 120. I want to know how to set up so that things install to the 500gb by default. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for you time and have a great day.

there is a linus video about this. for your library folders, like pictures music etc you can change the location by right clicking on them and change the settings... For programs you have to manually set it
