Chrome Remote Desktop Issue

So recently a friend told me about the chrome remote desktop app and I set it up. This allows me to remotely acces my mac on my chromebook. The problem is I will click somewhere on my chrombook but on the mac it will click below that so If I am trying to open a new tab instead of the mouse on the mac pressing the new tab button it will press the search bar.
