Hi there, I hope this is the right place to post this.

I recently did a fresh install of Windows 10 after having problem with my computer crashing.

I believe i have fixed the ram issue as it dose not crash now, but now when my computer is idle (between a half hour and a hour) it will freeze and i need to hold the power button until it restarts.

This is a major issue as i have very slow internet and need to leave it on overnight in order to download any updates to games.

I did not have this issue before the fresh install, i usually leave the computer running and just turn the monitor off at night when i need to download something. But when i come back in the morning now i can't get it to come back on. then i need to restart and i usually lose all the progress the download made. I have also updated all the latest drivers (chipset, bios, ect)

i have changed all the settings to make it so it never goes to sleep or hibernates.

My Specs are:

Ryzen 7 3800x

Tuf x570 Plus

32gb corsair Ram

Rx 580 graphics card

Intel 660p Series M.2 PCI-E Solid State Drive, 1TB

Any help would be appreciated.

Check with CrystalDiskInfo the S.M.A.R.T. status of the drives
