When gaming i can not get stable 144fps on any game (ive tried GTAV,Destiny 2, Call of Duty Modern Warfare/Warzone, Need For Speed Heat, Arma 3, and others) no matter which graphic settings i apply every game is locked in at 60-90 fps with this current setup i should be getting way more, on top of the low frame rates i get unstable frame rates constant drops from 80 down to 20 or lower and frame hitching, im not at all sure why this is happening but it has been a thing since i built this machine back in march of this year. Any tips/advice would be awesome id love to get this figured out and fixed.

i have attached the DXDiag information on my system
