Everything turning is not indicative of no problem, the GPU could not be working properly and still spinning fans.

My advice is to get a new video source for that build to troubleshoot the GPU.

If this happened midgame and you cant get video output logic would say its the GPU, you need to roll that out to keep troubleshooting and hopefully find the problem.

Hello.

So when i start up my pc, All the fans start going, including CPU cooler, and Gpu. My motherboard shows me when the ram is okay, Asus rog strix b350 gaming f. I have tried cleaning My ram sticks but doesnt help it turn on.

After a couple of seconds nothing happens, the monitor nor the keyboard turns on.

I dont know what to do, because everything turns on inside the case, but doesnt seem to turn on.

Also the pc can be shut down by just clicking the power button once.

You didn't specify if this is a new build or not.

In any case, you said you can get into bios so the pc does turn on?

Do you have windows installed?

We need more information to help you.

For future reference usually all pcs can be turned off my clicking the off power once so you got no problem there.

Do you have a cpu with integrated graphics? If so, have you tried connecting your monitor to the onboard gpu on the motherboard?

You can start troubleshooting that way.

What's your PSU model?

You said you crashed while playing CoD and now you don't get any display right?

On this scenario without integrated graphics to test video output I would point my finger the the rx5700.

Your rams could be preventing your from getting image too but much less likely because unless messed with ram is pretty rock solid and lastly it could be motherboard but since everything is spinning I'm leaning towards GPU.

Your PSU is hardly the problem too.
