DualShock4 controller on PC - motion control

I have DS4 controller and the DS4 wireless adapter for PC. But in games (Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls) it doesn't register any motion movements - like tilt, shake etc. Everything else is working fine - the game recognizes the controller as DS4 natively, even got the sound and mic through the controller. But when it comes to motion control prompts - nothing happens.

It is said that the game(Beyond: Two Souls) support DS4 controller wired and wirelessly and "Gyro is supported".

Am i doing something wrong and is there a way to make it work?
