What cap card can I run?

Hey guys I recently put together a pc with the aim to stream and record both PC and PS4 gaming, however stuck on what cap cards I can/should use. 
I am looking at only 1080p. 

Specs: 
Ryzen 3600xt 
GTX 1660 Super Gaming 
B450-A pro max

I was looking between the elgato HD60 or 4k60 pro but am absolutely stumped.

If you're only doing 1080p then get the Elgato HD60

Yeah I get that but it doesn't simultaneously record/stream?
