How to change accent colour and add camera to double tap on the power button?

How in the name of all that is holy can I change the accent colours? This rainbow diarrhea that is my phone is getting on my bloody nerves! 

 

Also on my 6t I could use my power button to open the camera with a double tap? Can I do that on my find x2 Pro? It makes me long for simple times of my Xperia xa.
