Razer Synapse 2 Not Recognizing Mouse

I have a Razer Naga Epic Chroma. This is the only mouse I could find that has 12 buttons on the side and is wireless. It was running semi-alright, I had a problem where if I switched from wireless to wired, it would disconnect my keyboard and reinstall its drivers, then crash my game. I ran a program called DriverHub to try and fix this problem. I usually never use these kinds of programs to install drivers, but I had tried everything else short of a reinstall of windows.

Now, Razer Synapse 2 wont recognize my mouse. I have tried reinstalling countless, deleting all leftover files from the previous install. I even just reinstalled windows. But nothing works. I need to be able to switch my DPI.

If anyone has any ideas, please help.

Try synapse 1 and another thing modded drivers isn't detected in synapse I'm pretty sure

Are you using a fresh install Windows 10? I'm wondering if the Windows drivers somehow made it so Synapse 2 isn't detecting your mouse. I know when I do a fresh install of Windows 10, it will pop Synapse 3 up to install. I know when you install Synpase 3, Synapse 2 will no longer detect your hardware. Perhaps try installing Synpase 3?

I don't have modded drivers, I reinstalled windows. I'll try synapse 1, didn't even know it existed.

It's a reset of windows. I didn't get a popup to install Synapse 3, and Synapse 3 doesn't support this mouse.

Hmm weird it maybe isn't called 1 but I've had it can I get images of the synapse you are using?

But you said you installed some driver thing

I used a driver installing software called driver hub, then when that messed things up I reinstalled Windows and still have the same problem.

Update:

Tried it with a different PC and Synapse 2 did recognize the mouse. So the problem is with this PC and it didn't go away with resetting windows.
