My old computer died due to some  unknown motherboard/ram issue and it was about time for an upgrade anyway.

I am looking for a cpu, ram, and motherboard set.

My current build of the Asus z87-pro and an overclocked i4-4770k with a Noctua NM-i115x and a 1070 works for everything I play. I have a 120 gig boot SSD and then another 500ish gig one for all the games I play. The fans get a tad loud and the CPU temps are a tad toasty but that's something that chip is known for.

I have a 450w power supply from my old computer and I don't know if I should budget for a new one in this building or it'll work for now and I should upgrade it when I upgrade the GPU.

I use 2 60hz, 1080p monitors which I plan on upgrading later when I have the money.

The same goes for the 1070, I was thinking of using it until the 3070/3080 comes out and I come into some more money.

Same goes for the NM-i115x, though I would like to use it as an intern cooking solution till I can upgrade it. I assume I can get a different mounting mechanism/bracket for my noctua cooler that'll fit the CPU socket I get. If I'm wrong please let me know

I don't really want any rbg and other than a preference to a mat black/chrome aesthetic I have no preference.

I assume I'll need to budget for 16 gigs of ddr4 RAM. For what I'm doing I don't think I need more.

If any of my assumptions are wrong please let me know. Thanks in advance for the help.
