Hi i'm on behalf of a friend, but his computer keeps black screening.

He's would be playing valorant, and after 5-10 minutes of playing the computer would just black screen

i'm thinking it's a faulty graphics card, but not entirely sure at the moment and I want to see if someone could chime in and see whats wrong with his PC

Thanks!

MSI RTX 2070 Ryzen 3600 and it’s valorant on all high

Maybe it's a cooling thing? Cause I remember once that I tried to play Saints Row 4, all settings on Ultra and my computer kept either black screening as you say or blue screened me. The PC was piping hot after it turned off, so I had to turn down the settings to actually play the game and not set my PC on fire.

So try to turn down the graphical settings a bit and see where it goes and if that doesn't work. Check out the cooling of the PC.
