unfortunately that mobo doesn't support a cpu its is much better you can upgrade to 2700k but little difference i suggest you wait  till new parts arrive

I was actually looking at the i7-3770, its lga 1155 would it not work ?

the chipset supports it but it isnt in mobos website but it might work

Ik I'd have to update the bios at least as im running sandy bridge still. But any good ideas for a  decent gpu?

OMFG How did that slip my head!?!?!? Probably cause im usually all over the different LTT pages watching videos, going to hunt it down and watch it now
