Not that this matters but are they in the right slots? Is there any dust / damage in the DIMM slot? Have you tried with only 1 stick? Specs?

Clear your CMOS, and try booting again. Check that the DIMMs are in the right slots (according to your mobo manual) and seated properly. If you still have issues, try one stick at a time.
