every time my CPU usage changes I hear weird noise from my AIO pump.

also, I should mention that there is no weird noise in high load (like when I'm rendering)
in this video i'm switching between 2 tabs in Photoshop and every time i do you can hear the noise

spec :

I dont think that's the pump.

It sounds like a coil whine honestly, but maybe from the board or video card.

Strange how some electrical frequencies can be audible. In most cases it's nothing to worry about other than an irritating noise.

You should here my PSU when I'm benchmarking. It's high pitched semi faint but I can hear it climb and fall as the camera rotates on scenes. It's been like that for about 10 years now. It's annoying as F sometimes.  Most of the time I'm jamming music and dont hear it.
