there is no inbuilt controlls for switching between high med and low. so im wanting to hardwire it to run medium only

@RS2007GOD  Ok,  that circuit diagram doesn't seem to be 100% as I'd expect, but I can advise you on what to do now.

 

You're going to want to connect the live to connect with the cable marked as MED and the neutral to the one marked as such.

 

If you're not familiar with wiring plug you can watch a youtube video for best practises, but it is fairly straight forward.
