windows 10 stuttering

i have only had a PC for 3 months but after updating to windows 2004 i have experienced so much stuttering, when i shut down my pc for the night in the morning i have a nice surprise of non stop stuttering when i play overwatch, YouTube the only way to stop this is to restart my PC every single day.       https://photos.app.goo.gl/iow3Dsa2Abgz4USX8

spoke to 3 windows support people and all there attempts to fix didn't work 

 PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP
