Xbox Live Server FAIL

Can Anyone help with this issue? when i try to play anything that requires teredo i have issues... only forza for me at current but online i get lag and it will even sometimes drop out all together!

im running a slighlty older netgear hub from my BT router, this netgear hub also runs my xbox one x networking and have no issues! Both are using a WIRED connection. I know a lot about tech but not so much with networking,

when running other games they all run fine so my network it self isnt an issue. i have tried everything on xboxs website but nothing. and yes everything is up to date.

Zotac GTX 1080TI
