Issue 1: I would boot up my system and it would freeze at the logo screen during it first windows load and stay there until turned off. 
 

Issue 2: I am getting these sysprep.exe Application Failed memory when I started it up. Only option is cancel, then I press enter (Pressing Cancel) it would restart itself and repeat the process. 
 

Issue 3: I tried system restore/repair system is unable to restore/repair. 
 

I don’t understand what’s wrong. BIOS loads fine but anything after that throws a fit. 
 

Z270 Series motherboard

32G (2x16GB) of RAM

i7-7700k CPU

1660 Super GPU

750W power supply
