No signal

After installing watercooling for my friend i dont get a signal i have literally trued everything gpu seems fine cmos resettet tried not plugging in the resett switch nothing works btw i also have a lit dram light that never goes off even if i have no ram in it i think it might be a problem with the motherboard or cpu cause a little fluid got on it but that shouldnt ruin it

specs

ryzen 2600

evga 1070 hyperx ram not gskill some cheap black one 16gb

corsair 750cx psu
