Budget (including currency): unspecified/seemingly unlimited (within reason)

Country: US

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: capturing ps4 (and ps5 when it comes out) games and streaming it online, plus light pc gaming (think tem tem and mapplestory, and I don't think she need it in 420 fps in 4k)

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): she needs a capture card for ps4, plus a single monitor, although she has mouse and keyboard ect. handled. She doesn't need more than 1080 60 fps on the computer itself, so the monitor don't have to be anything fancy. I even think she would be content with 30 fps

It's for a streamer that talked about buying a build for capturing and streaming ps4 games, and turns out she is completely lost when it comes to computer hardware. Turns out another guy suggested a build that was completely overkill ended up costing nineteen hundred us dollars monitors excluded. The build contained a whooping 32 gigs of ram, which I thought would be a damn waste of money, when she said what she was gonna use it for. Thing is, I know a thing or two, but I'm no expert, and I don't know exactly what is required to capture and stream ps games. It really sounded like she was about to commit to the build so I think her standard for pc prices are pretty damn high, which is why the budget is unspecified. I'm looking to cut the price a bit for her, but I could use some suggestions. Below is the build she got suggested. Please reply with questions or requests for further details if that's needed.

Have a nice day

If this is just simping for a streamer by suggesting a good build, you can do most of the thinking yourself. But if this is just a capture machine, with some basic streaming, the question is if you are using NVENC encoding or not. This is what I would do if you want a good mix of CPU and GPU:

Overpriced ssd
