PSU has a buzzing sound

I have a corsair CX500M gold 80+ psu and sometimes there will this electrical buzzing sound. This only happens after I use my comuter for a few hours. If I switch the psu off then the sound will go but will come back as soon as i switch it back on. I've tried unplugging it and the sound will go away but the next day it will comeback. Any help would be appreciated.

It it a high-pitched buzzing? Or, well, decently high pitched? If so, that's just coil whine and there's basically nothing to be done about that. It's not a problem, and wont affect the lifespan of the PSU.
