Just some small upgrades you could consider:

-If the 3300X drops to £120, I would spend the extra £20 for it. 

-Spending £20 more on an SSD will get you 500GB which will last much longer than 240gb. I would suggest throwing a 1 or 2TB harddrive into this build for games and other bulk storage.
