I think that this is my third time trying to properly get across my question on the RTX 30 series, and this might finally be the one, where it makes sense. So my question is mainly on your personal speculation (if that is based on leaks i would appreciate you sighting them, but i don't need you to) what I have been trying to say (but have been unable to do so) is do you think, that A: if the 3080 and up launch before the lesser cards, the 1650-2070S will go down in price. and B: wether or not you think that Nvidia will laugh the 3060 and 3070 along side the 3080, 3090, and maybe a titan rtx 2?

also if you have read any of my other posts that attempted to convey this, thank you for not hating me, and if you do hate me now, i probably would too (/s)

I doubt they will lower the price of those until their direct replacement is out. My guess is after it is, they will decrease in price to get rid of stock.

I don’t know when they were announced, but the order of when the were launched and available for purchase was:

  1. 2080
  2. 2080 ti (1 week later)
  3. 2070
  4. Titan
  5. 2060

Super was announced much later to compete with amd and idk about 16 series.

Edit: i expect 3000 to follow a similar pattern

I am far from an expert in this so please correct me if I’m wrong.

super series launched in 2019, around 1 year after the regular rtx 2000 series.

as for the 1600 series

the latest 1660 which is the 1660 super was launched on october 29th and the latest 1600 series launch was the launch of the 1650 TU106 2 weeks ago which, from what i see, is in between the regular 1650 and the 1650 super in specs.

as for the 3000 series:

we cant really know since the rumors are saying that nvidia wont be launching a 'super' versionj for this line maybe because they are lanching a xx70 ti and a xx90 card which we didnt see since 1000 series (xx70 ti card) and 600 series (xx90 card)

maybe they will launch a 2600 series like they did with the 16 series after they launched the flagship 2000 series - BUT this is just the craziest theory i came up with and there is a 0.00000001% chance of that happening :D
