PC doesn't turn on

Okay, so I've been using this PC for the past 5 years and never had any issues with it, but as of recently, it wasn't been turning on SOMETIMES. I am thinking it might be the PSU, but the computer works just fine for most of the time when it turns. I also though the power button might be an issue but I checked it and it seems fine...

 

My PSU is a 550W PSU.

 

Has anyone had this issue before can is it fixable or is it time for a new build?

Have you tried the PSU in a different system or used a different PSU in your current system?
