Does anyone know any good headsets for under $45 USD that have a splitter attached or in the box

I have the HyperX Cloud Stinger which is around that price. I think there is also a version slightly cheaper if its too much.

it says it has 3.5mm jack, won't that not work for both audio in and audio out?

What do you mean? It can be used with a combo jack and the mic and headphones will work, or with the splitter that comes with it and one is used for the mic and the other is used for the headphones.
