Low Level Fatal Error

Okay, i'll make this short.
i've been having alot of issues with unreal engine 4 games, they keep crashing and i keep getting the same error : LowLevelFatalError (i'll attack a picture of what the error message is ), it seems to happens the most in Ark Survival Evolved, and i've looked everywhere on the web for a fix, but i cant find anything that sticks, i found some solutions that work for a few days and then the games are back to their broken, one of them is using an older GPU driver, but i've used almost every single one that goes back to 2018, all the way to the newest one, and i'm unable to get it to work, and i've ran out of options and ideas.
If any of you got any solutions or if this happened to you and managed to fix it somehow, then please let me know
