Depends on the pcb quality and the silicon quality.

As for vram 

Depends on the quality of the chips 

Only way to find out is to try.

Peripherals: GK61 (Optical Gateron Red) with Mistel White/Orange keycaps, Logitech G102 (Purple), BitWit Ensemble Grey Deskpad. 

 

Audio: Logitech G432, Moondrop Starfield, Mic: Razer Siren Mini (White).

 

Phone: Pixel 3a (Purple-ish).

Each card is different ( even if it uses the same pcb) 

Silicon quality will be different
