hello I have noticed from time to time the power options on the start menu are unresponsive when I click on shutdown for example my pc doesnt shut down, what could cause this and should I be worried

Hi might sound silly but i found if u run a good antivirus check u will find the prob.... Same thing happend to me it was a virus
