Strike pack FPS dominator problems

So I’ve had my strike pack FPS dominator for around 1yr now and it was working fine until my left paddle stopped working. I use it for jump in fortnite and whenever I try and map my X button it doesn’t work then on my controller X button doe sent work either. This is on PS4 btw.

ive tried to update the software but that didn’t work. Do I have to but a new one or can I fix this.
