Something wrong with my display

Hello Everyone! I have a problem with my laptop which is an year old HP Pavilion Gaming and has a 1080Ti with Core i7. I am seeing this problem since I entered the Windows Insider Program (probably) and this RGB fusion appears on almost every task or work I do. Whenever I click on something else, it disappears.

 

The screenshot below is from today while I was learning chess. I first thought something was wrong with my display and tried to fix it but it made no difference as well. 

 

I require some urgent help!
