game error while launching

I keep getting this error while tring load dragon ball z kakarot, plus i have dx12 installed already so i dont need to go to version 11 as thats what the game requires. im just lost ive tried everything and spent £50 on this game. I also keep hearing its to do with your gpu not meeting te rrequirements and stuff but i dont know.
