How to update pixel experience

Around 9 months ago i managed to install pixel experience on my  Redmi Note 7 through some YouTube videos and I knew what i was getting into and all the risk and all. So I managed to install it properly nothing bad happened and now i gotta update it actually update came a long time ago i don't have any idea how to do it. I kinda know that it similarly to what i did during installation but i don't want to do it all myself trying to figure it out. So I need some direct help what i need to do in order to update.

TL;DR Teach me how to update pixel experience.

In short, no. I haven't owned your exact model of phone before. but if you back up your phone regularly, (which if you don't, that's more worrisome than an outdated OS) then you should be able to revert to your old save if anything goes wrong. also, updates are something people do all the time, if they caused issues, people would cause a fuss online and the issue would have to get resolved.
