So I'm considering going back to Linux, probably to KDE (since that was the first distro I ever used). I currently use both Windows and MacOS (MacOS mostly for work), and iCloud drive works great for me.

I'm looking to see if there is any iCloud drive support for Linux though.

Any suggestions?

KDE is a desktop environment, not a distro.

you are correct, don't know what got to me...

I've got the snap version of iCloud, but it's indeed just web containers. iCloud also sees it as a browser. I was hoping there would be a way to map those folders to Dolphin (or any file manager). Or some other way to sync the folders

They used to support webdav, you could look into that. Dolphin in KDE supports this protocol for setup.

I however cant seem to connect using any of the webdav icloud server urls that I have found through google and the old webdav info page is gone from the icloud website.

If that isn't a thing anymore, then there probably isn't a way currently to sync with icloud.
