Strange GPU Freezing issue

I'm a little stumped on an issue I've been having recently. 

 

For the past 3 years I've had a Gaming pc that was running quite well until i recently started getting some freezing mid game.

 

Freeze happens mid game, No sound, Fans are normal speed. Screen frozen, Have to restart. 

 

I originally had a GTX 1080.

 

At first i tried replacing the PSU(It was old and low power), no cigar.

 

I replaced this with a Quadro m5000(Best GPU I could get to try something else)

 

Freezing seems to have gone away after this.

 

RMA'd the 1080 and they replaced with a 2070 super.

 

SURPRISE! Freezing again.  

 

I'm pretty stumped at this point as a second GPU DOA seems unlikely. 

 

Any help would be much appreciated.

Mobo: Gigabyte GA-B150M-D3h

CPU: Intel 6700K

Graphics: GTX 1080 and RTX 2070 super

Ram: Gskill 4 x 4gb kit DDR4
