First off, what method are you using to install windows? Second, make sure the boot order is set correctly in the BIOS. Third, all the drivers should have been installed when the installation was first completed. You could try and fix this by reinstalling windows as I assume there's nothing on the drive if you can't boot to it at all. A good thing to try would be to install it from the media creation tool on Microsoft's website. If anything was confusing, let me know and I'll try and explain myself.

Crap!! Now its saying fixing computer then doesn't fix it and repeat

It keeps getting stuck on repair computer repeatedly
