New cpu for 1440p

Hi everyone, i have saved up enough money to buy a new motherboard and cpu but i'm unsure about 1080p or 1440p.

I have a gtx 2060 6gb ( pcpartpicker linked below ) and have been looking at either a ryzen 5 3600 or a  i5 9400f - will either of them give me 60 fps 1440p or is it best to stick to 1080p

if you could keep the motherboard and cpu around £200 for both that would be great as i also need a new monitor and case

60fps no problem at 1440p with either CPU. I'd go AMD. More important to get a high refresh rate monitor than 1440p.

 

I get 100+ on my specs below.
