I was watching: newegg had them backordered but those dates went away and so did the ones on Amazon. I want it just Because. 0rpm fan mode, budget friendly, easy resale after the 3000 models hit the market but I cant find them anywhere! im looking through neweggs private sellers but no luck so far. Im willing to pay 300 including shipping.

If you just want fan stop you could get tgat by flashing the bios, just saying

Thats basically what the card does but with a On card phisical switch for it. But I have no clue if you have to restart the system in order to switch between modes or It can be done on the Fly.

If any other card does via BIOS I have no knowledge of it right now. Nothing a quick trip to youtube cant teach!
Any clue what other cards wouldnt Burn up and die if I where to run them 0 RPM mode? ( on none gaming and light load of course )

Hey guys I'm new to the PC world but I'm upgrading from my laptop to a PC today, I'm getting a ryzen 7 2700x asus crosshair 7 hero MB, asus 2080 OC 8gb corsair vengeance pro 16 gb ram (for now) all Thermaltake cooling and Thermaltake open case. I'm looking to overclock the system and tips would be extremely helpful

What 1660S still have physical switch for fan mode alone? I:m interested.

 

None of them would burn. Temperature reporting of the GPU still work when the fan shuts down.
