Computer won't boot into bios now

I took out my slower 16gb 2400MHz ram out and now my computer won't boot. Idk why. Can anyone help me

Hit F1 to go into bios and set the memory settings at default (but importantly keeping any OC and boot device settings saved). then restart and enable XMP on the memory.

Okay which memory slots should I install the ram 1&3? I have MSI B450 Gaming Plus Max
