You are probably using the task manager of windows, and it's terrible.
Use hwinfo64 to monitor your system, first of all.
Do you have a SSD in this system ?
I would suspect you 3200G to be a bottleneck, since it's only a quadcore without SMT. And CPUs with that configuration are reaaaally starting to struggle now.

What is your PSU ? ( Power supply )

Use Hwinfo64 instead of the task manager, it's way more precise and it pretty much never get it wrong.
I'm heavly suspecting your CPU to be ping at 100%, pretty much all time, causing sutters.

An SSD is probably gonna be the first thing you should buy, followed by a B450 or B550 ( B550 is pricier tho, be aware of that ) and a stronger CPU. A 3300X should be a pretty good spiritual successor to your 3200G. It's a CPU instead of an APU, so it doesn't have integrated graphics, but it doesn't matter since you have your RX570. The 3300X is also featuring much more efficient and faster Zen 2 cores, instead of Zen+ for the 3200G. It's also 4 cores / 8 threads instead of your 4 cores and 4 threads, giving it more headroom for games to breath.
I'm not recommanding the 3100, since it's slower due to its CCX layout. ( And not only frequencies. )

Fortnite is foremost a CPU eater. The code base is a spaghetti mess and not very well optimised. This one of the few cases where it's actually the games fault that your FPS is damn low. I have a friend who has an i5 7600k with a GTX 1060 6gb. That's not even cutting it.

It's highly recommended to cap your frames at 240 or even below to stop Fortnite eating the CPU. Other than that if you want higher FPS you'll need to invest in much more modern high-end hardware. i7's and higher.

The game does run like garbage even on high end machines.

The games optimization is almost as bad as red dead, I have to cap my fps at 80 and my friend with a very decent system at 100. Your only choice is capping the fps also if your display cable is plugged into the gpu it will use that.

I will recommend an NHu12s (or an NHd15 (maybe)) for your PC build. Quote or @ me @Prodigy_Smit for me to see your replies.
