Other details:

  • Case: Red Harbinger Crossdesk (this is the important bit)
  • Mobo: ASUS ROG Zenith II Extreme sTRX4,

  • RAM: 8x Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16GB DDR4-3600 CL18

So I have 8 2.5" SATA SSD's that I am planning on laying out on the right side, and I need a way, to attach them to the motherboard on the left. SATA extensions would be nice and helpful, unfortunately I have no idea where to find any as any search just turns up Sata to e-sata. But again, I'm open for suggestions. There's two paths that could be taken
Through the back channel to maybe some PCI card of some sorts or through the center that has a small gap underneath where I could slip some cabling through.

Here's a rough sketch of possible cabling:
Note: The hard drive cages on the left don't exist, they were taken out from the last build that was happening with this case and I have no clue where they are as I'm not the one who did the last project on this case.

EDIT: I made a post in the proper Storage specific forum. I'll edit this post as the build continues. There's watercooling fun to be had!
