wifi extender not working

Hi,

 

Since my dad has about the brain power of a living potato he has forced me to use a really useless wifi extender and run an Ethernet cable from this extender.

 

About an hour ago it went down and starting asking for a username and password which is according to the back just admin for both. I have done all the normal things like reset the wifi router, reset the wifi extender, reset the network connection between the two and have reassigned the wifi signal to that router, done a factory reset on the extender and i have nothing and finally doing a hard reset on the wifi extender itself from the reset button on the bottom. I have ran out of ideas and I am getting rather stresses out because i need to hand in my homework assignment that is due tonight.

 

I have attached a picture of the page it displays after you try and re login to the router itself. For my own privacy i have hidden my ip address and mac address as well as the wifi router name.
