I brought a gpu that was "working" from local deal and i couldn't check if it works bcs i didn't have a psu that have 8 pin connector, so after a month i got a psu and can test my new gpu i started it and boom it worked to the login screen of the windows and then crashed. After that when i tried to start it again screen was buggy and i couldn't see right, after 5 min it crashed again. So i tried to clean the gpu, like 3 times, didn't work. After that i was testing psu if that is a problem but nop everything works fine, after that i tried another pc and it wouldn't even take the gpu (wont start just beep) so i made another pc of part i had around and i booted to bios at least but wont load windows just run in inf loop of restarting. So after that long day i was just thinking what does those dots and pixels on screen even mean and then i remembered overclocking how it can do something like this to your gpu but why does it happened to me i didnt overclock or downclocked it that's the time when i realise maybe the gpu bios is bad so i searched around and find the new bios for it, i was happy for the first time that day and then i was like how can i flash it if i cant boot to windows or even if i can i cant see a thing. So here i am after two days of work seeking help here.

Gpu: rx 570 sapphire 4 gb

Update :

I checked everything on a card with multimeter and everything looks good only thing i think is bad is bios or chip i will try searching around for way to flash bios and i will try some hot air

So i checked it again after like 5 min and notice chip is not getting hot like before, so myb its power to chip thats problem?

Im sure this has nothing to do with any Bios. You simply bought a broken GPU and let it set dust for four Weeks before even testing it.

You could try to contact the seller. But since this is a private deal, i think he will give you the finger.

At least you learned something.
