Programming? Unsigned driver? Rtx 3080?

I have posted under the Graphics cards section about a confirmed dev unit ampere. But basically I need  help with a driver. Tryin to take this gpu on a test drive . So someone put me in right direction cause I have no luck so far besides what I have posted on the OP in GPU section.

I'm not a dev. I just collect dev units. More into console dev units but I play around in all dev stuff.

If you own a dev sample of the RTX 3080 without a dev driver, I can't honestly imagine how you could possibly use it.

Have you tried getting the driver from the same source? You clearly have to know a guy who knows a guy to get something like that. Or you got scamed.
