Steering Wheel issue

Hello yall. I have this Logitech Wingman Formula GP wheel. It was working just fine when it arrived from ebay. Then like 2 days later problems started to happen. The wheel did not come with the software in either way. Steering was messed up in all the games I use with it, (American Truck Simulator, Euro Truck Sim 2, BeamNG.drive.) I installed the correct software and still has problems. I got video proof of this happening. The pedals are working just fine. ANy reason why ?? Any software that I must use, or the hardware is damaged, what?
