Display Issue.

I am trying to explain as best as i can. I have laptop with nvidia graphics. I checked the graphic driver is installed, in browser smooth scrolling is also enabled but still while browsing is see frame drops, or something like earlier software of galaxy fold one side scrolls and the after a while second side comes. This happens in browser while scrolling, watch videos on youtube, there are a lot of frame drop while playing video, also while watching video stored locally and at times even when i right click on the desktop there will be some adjusting first. I don't know what it is and i can't find a way to fix it. If someone can help me fix it, that will be greatly appreciated.

 

I am using Linux Mint Cinnamon.

Have you installed the nVidia driver and enabled GPU acceleration in your browser?

I have enable nvidia driver and also GPU acceleration in the browser.
