So I have had 3 Raspberry Pi's now (all 3 were Raspberry Pi 3B+'s) and all of them have died.

I was working on my very first one one day after having it for a while. I was messing around with the gpio and Scratch, and it suddenly died. I replaced the micro sd card with a new one with a fresh copy of NOOBs, tried reatarting it, etc, but nothing worked.

I got a second one thinking that maybe I had touched two pins together or there was something wrong with the original. All was fine at the beginning. I often used it to just mess around with in Scratch with buttons and LEDs and things like that. One night, I was putting some LEDs and buttons together in a breadboard to take to school to show everyone. What I had was working and doing what I was wanting it to do that night. The next day, I took it to school and it did the same thing as the first one. Nothing on the monitor, no blinking on the green light, just a solid red light. I want to say it was about same amount of time that I had the first one and it went dead as for the second one, but that was a while ago.

The first and second Raspberry Pi's I got from Amazon, but this third one I got from Facebook Marketplace. It was working fine, I was using a fresh copy of NOOBs. I then wiped the SD card and put the partitions back together and installed Home Assistant (I was trying to do some automation stuff). I tried using Home Assisstant, it didnt work, so I wiped and partitioned the SD card again and installed NOOBs on it. When I put the card back into the Pi and turned it on, nothing happened like the other two. I tried using a brand new card, nothing.

I am getting frustrated. I have already spent $100+ on these things and they keep bricking themselves. Its getting to the point where it is discouraging me from doing what I like to do. Any help as to what I am doing wrong or what is happening or how to fix them would be very appreciated.

TLDR: Raspberry Pis keep bricking themselves and it is discouraging me.
