Streaming issues

I have recently started streaming and i have noticed that I have a massive delay on my stream, about 35 seconds. I have excellent wifi/connection about 4ms 100 mbps download speed and 24 mbps upload speed

 

i use obs studio and stream to twitch 

I have tried using a 1s delay and have watched a considerable amount of trouble shooting video but nothing helps

specs? what games are you streaming?

I have a I7 4770 gtx 1060 6gb OC edition
