My first Pc build

Budget (including currency): 3500

Country: America

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming/ Streaming

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):I am going for a black and white rgb build. https://pcpartpicker.com/user/xStorm33/saved/dkkrrH This is what I have, but have some questions on the gpu. Could someone help me understand a bit more and help me choose one for my build?

personally I like the build, But there are some things I would change:

I would change the case to the o11 dynamic. I know its getting really common to use it for high end builds but it really is beautiful and performs well.

for a high end build, 3200mhz ram is a little slow. I would pick 3600.

for the cooler, because the 3950x has so many cores, it gets quite hot. Why not go for a 360 rad?

lastly, if you arent in a rush to build now, I would wait a little. Because of COVID19, prices are high and new product releases are on the horizon. new amd cpus and new gpus from both teams are also coming soon.
