computer partial shut down while web browsing

the screen goes blank and my mouse and keyboard power down, but all of my fans continue to spin. Recently I began to get a white screen with black horizontal lines. any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like RAM or GPU. Have you overclocked either lately?

What MHZ is your RAM running at?

all are running factory defaults. the ram is running at 1800mhz.

Re-install your video driver to the latest stable release, non beta, then underclock your RAM to 1600, 1800 is a weird speed, make sure XMP is disabled in the BIOS. Run Memtest86+ and then run prime95, but make sure it doesn't overheat? Do you have integrated graphics in your system also? Try using that to see if the issue persists. Goodluck.
